Carlo Quinto was our first dinner on our trip through Puglia and it will always be one of our highlights. The atmosphere was fabulous,  the service was friendly and helpful and entertaining and the food and wine was delicious. Definitely worth it. Great location,  great people, very good food.

A very satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. We had the tuna tartare, gnocchi with clams and the pasta with tuna. All excellently prepared and seasoned. Nice wine list. Friendly and attentive staff. Just outside the main dining square so it was less noisy. Still able to enjoy the evening passeggiata. Would highly recommend. Buon appetito!

All right and the kids available!! The hot burra and the cap of Martina Franca were spacious, we&#39;ll certainly return!

A wonderful time and delicious food!  The service was impeccable and I had a chance to meet the chef who was friendly and I got to discuss one of his amazing fish dishes.  I would definitely go back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Stunning fresh seafood cooked in various local styles , charming service , I would re this for a special night out or date night . We got x 2 different fish and went with the recommendation of the waiter and we were not disappointed

We really enjoyed ourselves ! In less busy part of the old town ! Donato, our waiter was great . Recommended great food for us !

Interior of restaurant has been done out really nicely. Contemporary but with lovely domed stone ceilings. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, knew their food and wine well. The food was delicious, good portion sizes, and the meat we had was perfectly cooked and flavoured.

Great fresh seafood with excellent flavours. The servers were very kind and friendly!

Truly lovely meal but the restaurant had no record of our booking made through The Fork. Would not want to reserve this way again

Food was very good. restaurant has a lovely terrace overlooking the sea. Tuna fish and salmon were very tasty.
